From pee-wee rookies to rising stars, every player in our league trains under our original doctrine, with a unique point system and the support of coaches and mentors who believe in her future. This isn’t a borrowed blueprint from boys’ football. It’s a program designed from scratch, by and for girls, under the ownership of Herzz Inc in full partnership with the NFFO.

The best part? We’re building a clear, real pathway: graduates of our Girls Semi Pro League will have a direct shot at a professional career in women’s tackle football, with the first-ever pro salaries set to launch in 2027. That’s right,  for the first time in history, young women can train, compete, and get paid to play, right here in the U.S.
